(“Memiontec”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), a one-stop water treatment total solution provider of water and wastewater management services across Singapore, Indonesia and the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC“), announced the launch of its initial public offering (“IPO” or the “Placement”) of 33,485,000 shares (the “Placement Shares”) at S$0.225 per share (“Placement Price”) today, in conjunction with its proposed listing on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”).
